Customer Service Specialist
About The Role
Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving as a company operator, handling and routing all company incoming calls ranging from consumer, account, and customer service related inquiries, and others. This friendly, organized, and accommodating person will work with a sense of urgency and be able to effectively manage inbound calls with a close attention to detail. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated, responsible, efficient individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, a consistent work ethic, and a desire to become a key player in a fast-growing business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze customer inquiries to determine most appropriate response
Resolve customer issues amicably, balancing company's and customer's best interests
Determine validity of warranty claims and schedule repair
Assist customers with refunds & exchanges
Assist customers with product troubleshooting
Provide technical and grow support
Distribute inbound emails and voicemails to appropriate team members and departments
Work with management on customer service initiatives
Job Type: Part-Time/ Full-time
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
