Customer Service Specialist

About The Role

Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving as a company operator, handling and routing all company incoming calls ranging from consumer, account, and customer service related inquiries, and others. This friendly, organized, and accommodating person will work with a sense of urgency and be able to effectively manage inbound calls with a close attention to detail. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated, responsible, efficient individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, a consistent work ethic, and a desire to become a key player in a fast-growing business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer inquiries to determine most appropriate response

  • Resolve customer issues amicably, balancing company's and customer's best interests

  • Determine validity of warranty claims and schedule repair

  • Assist customers with refunds & exchanges

  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting

  • Provide technical and grow support

  • Distribute inbound emails and voicemails to appropriate team members and departments

  • Work with management on customer service initiatives

  • Job Type: Part-Time/ Full-time

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
